AV Concepts & Design provides home automation system and audiovisual installation services for homes and businesses in southeast Queensland.

The requirement for this client was to boost online presence with an existing website. Fortunately, this client was an existing user of ServiceM8 and we were able to use this data to fast track the process. The existing website was not converting enough quality leads. AVCD previously used Google ads as a marketing strategy but did not see the return on investment. The client was looking for a more effective and longer-lasting way to boost their online presence.

What was our objective?

Conduct a full audit of the client's current website and identify any areas that need immediate attention. Repair and/or optimize existing content pages. Research the niche and create new content to help search engine results for higher ticketed services.


The client had reported positive results with leads coming in for new areas of business that had previously not existed. This was attributed to new content that was well researched and published with the best SEO practices. We also ‘tagged’ the call to actions with tracking codes on the relevant pages we worked on and we could then identify what pages resulted in either a ‘call’ or a ‘quote’ as a conversion.
